I had no experience with Lock Jigglers, but I have the normal tools necessary to handle lockouts. This seemed like a nice tool to have as a choice because it never hurts to have several options at your disposal. I tried it out on 5 different locks and these worked great on 4 of them and had opened them in less than 5 minutes.

Had a Yale # 850 that just would not pick open for me, however with the SouthOrd lock Jigglers it opened in just a couple say 2 1/2 minutes. You can never have enough different rakes or Jigglers. Now this wonderful padlock can be serviced and keyed.

I bought a set of these jigglers on a whim, not expecting much out of them one way or the other. They were inexpensive and I wanted to see if they could really open some simple pin tumbler locks. The minute the package arrived I started running around the house testing them out. They didn't open every lock - but they opened most of them. I was really surprised! I wouldn't say that they take the place of a regular lock pick set but they are VERY handy to have in your toolbox. SouthOrd did a good job with these...and you can't beat the price.
