The decoder is designed with "Sure Stop Step" to facilitate decoding, rekeying and the code-cutting process for all Kwikset keys using factory increments. The Kwikset key decoder is suitable for re-keying and code-cutting when you are working with the most commonly used Kwikset keys. A code-cutting key machine is required. Use a standard key duplicator along with depth keys to cut the key.
