Please note: Our DVD's should be played on current DVD players or they may not play correctly. Sometimes customers have DVD players that are too antiquated to play many new DVDs. Before contacting our sales department about a "defective" DVD please try playing it in your computer instead of your home DVD player if it is an older model. You may find that the DVD works fine and that the problem is being caused because you own one of the older players. If this is the problem replacing the DVD won't have any effect.
