Tubular locks are high security pin tumbler locks arranged on a circular plane. One of the big differences between a tubular lock and conventional pin tumbler lock is that all of the pins on a tubular lock are exposed to the eye. That doesn't mean a tubular lock is easier to pick, quite to the contrary. The pick used for this lock is the tubular cylinder manipulation pick.
